Andrew Wood, REALTOR®, BROKER SALESPERSON
Andrew Wood, founder of Ambit Realty Group based out of Cherry Hill New Jersey is proud to be part of Keller Williams Realty.
Andrew has specialized in residential architecture for over 20 years designing shore homes along the coast of New Jersey. Some of these homes have featured on the cover and center fold of “From House to Home” & “Philadelphia Magazine”. In 2015, Andrew was awarded Jersey Shore Intern Architect of The Year. Andrew also found a calling in real estate and has strived to put his clients’ first when renting, buying and selling their homes where he can easily apply his expertise in architecture. Andrew has received the 2018 & 2019 Circle of Excellence Sales Award. Mr. Wood also commits to putting over 100 tenants in rental properties yearly. He believes that real estate should help not just the buyers and sellers but also the ones who look to rent.
It’s rare that you wouldn’t find Andrew working or have his cell phone in his hand. Outside of business or sports activities, Andrew like to camp and take family vacations with the RV.

Daniel Whalen, REALTOR® | Coach
Graduate of Immaculata University in 2016. Experienced in the title industry both commercial and residential.
Dan has roots in Cape May County and has a great understanding of the market for shore homes. He resides in Cherry Hill, NJ and coaches baseball part-time out of the Medford Area.
Dan enjoys spending time with his yellow lab "Ace" and loves Philly sports. Fun Fact: Dan might be the tallest Realtor in New Jersey but he will still crouch in basements for his clients!
Jennifer Figueroa, REALTOR®
A lifelong resident of South Jersey Jennifer graduated from Rowan College of South Jersey, with an Associate Degree in Applied Science. With more than 20 years professional client service experience, Jennifer demonstrates a commitment to hard work and a desire to help others. As a realtor in Camden and Gloucester Counties, Jennifer demonstrates the same Passion in helping Clients find their forever homes as well as helping tenants find the perfect home. Since, no home would be complete without a pet, in her spare time Jennifer can often be found spending quality time with her favorite four-legged Son Bear, an 8-pound Toy Morkie. Jennifer is also pursuing a path in Health and Human Services working towards a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Jamie Dempsey, REALTOR®
A South Jersey native, Jamie has lived in Gloucester Township for over 20 years and has a connection to the local community. Her knowledge of the area and passion for helping others made real estate a natural career choice for her years ago.
She is proud to be able to help her clients achieve their personal goals of selling properties, finding larger space for growing families, locating an investment property or the perfect rental. Jamie is committed to excellence in customer service; satisfaction is her priority!

She a proud mom, and when she is not working for you, she’s involved in school, community and fundraising activities.
